Developing an Agile Culture
A Canadian public sector organization was seeking better ways to deliver services that would meet citizen expectations in a complex, fast-changing world. Following a start-up/prototype approach, they created an Agile practice, delivered in a lab setting, with a focus on building digital competencies. Using a change platform approach, we co-designed and implemented an Agile portfolio level framework to address horizontal and vertical integration across five scrum teams. Utilizing change management and facilitation techniques, we worked with the leadership team to increase their organizational readiness for adopting new ways of working locally and within the broader Public Sector context.
