Vanessa is a senior advisor in strategy and transformation with 25 years of experience, mainly in the MENA region. She is based in Oman. Across her career, Vanessa worked for other large international telecom players where she led Strategy and PMO practices launching new mobile operators, group wide performance practices, smart cities programs, and IOT networks. Her career started in the field of strategy & transformation consulting in France.
Beyond her corporate path, Vanessa’s engagement also extends to supporting companies’ transformation, as a volunteer, with a special focus on two fields, Education and Renewable Energies.
