Heather has been guiding individuals, teams and organisations through complex change and transformation for more than 15 years. She works intuitively and collaboratively with people to co-design strategies and embed practices that enable desired change outcomes, and guides to create conditions for the emergence of new ways of working and being.

Heather is passionate about supporting people and teams in navigating their change journeys and does this through creative learning and development approaches, coaching and facilitation.
