Guenola is a passionate designer and highly experienced facilitator of collaborative approaches across the globe. Guenola draws inspiration from exploring cognitive and behavioural science, architecture, educational research and creativity methods to design impacting processes and experiences towards results.
Guenola experimented MG Taylor methodology in 2002 and has never stopped developing its understanding and practice since. She gained extensive experience in all aspects of collective intelligence with Capgemini ASE and Blue Change, France. She deepened her expertise in co-design through Architects of Group Genius, Italy. In 2014, she co-founded Codesign-it! a Paris-based network of seasoned facilitators, coaches, makers and consultants. She has been part of Nexus consulting team since 2014, Geneva. She joined Openfield, her long-term friend Philippe’s new venture, in 2019.
Throughout the hundreds of projects she has run in Europe, the US, Asia, Africa and the Middle-East, Guenola has designed and facilitated large scale collaborative events, as well as executive committees and in-house labs. She has addressed a very large scope of challenges including innovation, digital, strategy, management, leadership and community. She has engaged with private sectors such as industries (aeronautics, automotive, energy, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, food) or services (telecoms, finance, airlines, lottery) and public sectors such as international organisations, government and non-profit.
More recently Guenola has been focusing her energy on weaving learning and story-telling into collective intelligence in order to shape change patterns within and across organisations. This new endeavour is the motive for Guenola to join Openfield’s highly committed team.
