Britt is a systemic change consultant that uses her decade-long public sector expertise to influence and lead change in complex environments, most notably in digital transformation working with agile practices. Utilising Openfield’s change platform model, she takes a holistic organisational approach to effect long-lasting change for her clients.
Beyond the corporate experience, Britt has obtained her Master’s in Business Administration specialising in international business, specifically the European Union. Additionally, she is well-researched in developing corporate social responsibility strategies to align programs to business objectives, in turn creating sustainable and profitable organisations.
