Briana is a systemic change consultant with experience guiding organisations in the public, private and non-profit sectors through complex change initiatives to reach their desired future state. Briana supports the achievement of lasting transformation by co-designing an organisational change journey collaboratively with its members, in iterative, incremental cycles or steps, leveraging Openfield’s Change Platform model. She sees the success of every transformation journey as being centered around people’s readiness and capacity for change; Because of this, Briana’s approach focuses heavily on deep listening and observation to discover and design for the learning and development needs of the individuals and teams.
Briana is passionate about facilitating and coaching to increase the capacity and capability of resources at all levels of the organisation, as well as finding creative ways to embed strategic planning and agile practices into an organisation’s way of working.
