She specializes in strategic planning, outcome management, programme evaluations, financial analysis, and business case development. She has significant experience in developing performance management frameworks, conducting programme evaluations and assessments, building sophisticated financial models, and delivering executive communications.

She is highly analytical, yet able to think strategically about the broader context and to communicate complex concepts in simple language. She holds an MBA in finance and international business, a BSc in molecular biology, and earned the Project Management Professional credential in 2013.
